I paid around 45K for this laptop with Windows and MS Office. I am mainly using it for my kids online classes via Teams. I felt the performance is average. Not as fast as an i5 equivalent Ryzen 5 is expected to be.Laptop is very light weight. However, the feel is not so premium compared to other competitors.

My earlier laptop was frequently hanged...delay in start, so I stopped using that.After bringing this one, almost every day I opened it for 8/9 hours. Starts within 45second. Switch off within 10seconds like this. User-friendly and bla bla bla

I ordered an new laptop but it doesn't feel new. I wasn't asked to setup the laptop as any other new laptop would as for the first time, it directly took me to desktop as soon as I pressed the power button. Didn't know Amazon is so concerned that it did our job so that we will save time. Sarcasm aside I was very disappointed and the experience was uncanny. I didn't pay to experience this.
