I have trying to get the problem resoved since one month.I have bought a lot many things from amazon but would like to say DON'T BUY ELECTRONIC GADGETS FROM AMAZON ALSO NOT LENOVO PRODUCTS. I think they buy all defective gadgets online.LENOVO says that I am premium customer but how can problem of premium customer care no not work.Dont buy

I am a techie myself and did tons of research before buying but this is a perfect laptop at the price point! Stylus is response, it's slim, Ssd is great, charging is fast, screen is high res (only issue was the glare but every touch screen laptop has it) simply love my purchase!
★★★★★ I bought this laptop for my sister. Few days back our doctor advised her to use a big screen for study. I was planning for ipad that moment. But then I realised that same 60k might end up in a laptop as well. So I was searching laptops since that moment. Requirement was pretty simple that we need a compact, ligh weight fully convertible laptop.I first went with hp pavilion x360 as I am a decade long hp user. The laptop was not upto the mark in terms of performance. Then I went with its biggest competitor in convertible series which is this beauty Lenovo.Believe me I never expected lenovo to be so premium in terms of hardware. Also the battery back-up is beyond expectations. Its 50 percent battery lasts 4 hours with heavy online work. Multi tasking is smooth. Not heating at all. Warranty is full 1 year starting the day you first logged in. Ms office full student edition. One month McAfee. Stylus is awesome. Backlid effect over this colour is like cherry on cake. Best part is that stylus is complimentary. Hinges are far better than hp one. stability of screen is awesome. And all this at around 5k cheaper than HP.My sister loved the laptop and she is using it like a smooth wave.Few cons :Configuration is fixed. Nothing is expandable or upgradable.Speaker voice is little low as compared to hp but it's sufficient. I always prefer bluetooth bdw.I am a multi device person so I believe they should have given atleast one extra usb port.Go for it. It's a best laptop in 55k to 60k range

★★★★☆ Been using it for a month and quite satisfied with it. Tbh, worth the price.The touch is good, my only disappointment is the camera quality and palm rejection, not as expected from seeing YouTube reviews.The stylus pen is good And I don't know whether laptops in general have avg camera quality. The hinge quality is okay, dho not the strongest. The screen is good and is not showing any form of scratches on it bcoz of the stylus but would advice a light screen guard just in case.
